About Hank Garner

My name is Hank. I am a sugar addict. There, I said it. I have struggled with my weight for my entire life. The people on my mother’s side of the family are all big stocky people and it has been a struggle for many of my relatives too. All of my life I have yo-yo’d up and down the scale. Lose 30 pounds here, gain 40 pounds there. About a year ago I discovered low carb eating. I felt better than I ever have before. The weight dropped off and everything was great. Until I stopped. I slipped back into some bad habits and was attacked by the sugar addiction again.

I’m just a fat man trying to get to the truth. Welcome to my low carb journey. I hope you join me on my journey. I am posting about my weight loss and health journey and i appreciate your input. On Thursdays I post the Low Carb Journey Podcast. I interview the leading low carb experts as well as people that have amazing success stories. Welcome to my journey.
