Rebecca Latham

Rebecca has tried every diet in the world over the last 20 years and has all the books and weight gain to prove it! At their doctor’s advice, she and her husband started eating low carb in 2009, and, within a few months, she was asked to be one of the success stories in the book The New Atkins For a New You. As a veteran of the Atkins Community Forum, she started blogging at My Low Carb Road to Better Health. She enjoys learning all she can about low carb living, collecting health and nutrition articles, crunching numbers, keeping charts and playing with her grandchildren. Rebecca and her husband live in Chicagoland, where she is part-owner and office manager of her family’s golf course, owner of her own property management company, a sales associate and quilting teacher at a fabric store and, in her free time, and runs her own long arm quilting business out of her home, where her customers take home quilts that can sometimes smell suspiciously like bacon. She is always on the lookout for new ways to tweak her low carb lifestyle to maintain her weight loss and is passionate about sharing the knowledge she has gained to help others achieve their weight loss and health goals.
