Preparation Method

  • 1 pound hamburger
  • 2 teaspoons chile powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 tablespoons dried onion
  • 2 tablespoons salsa
  • 1 cup cheese — grated
  • 1/2 cup avocado — chopped
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream — optional
  • 1 cup lettuce — shredded
  • salt and pepper — to taste

Fry the hamburger in a skillet with the chile powder, garlic powder and onion until thoroughly browned. Drain off the fat and place the cooked, seasoned meat on a bed of lettuce. Top the meat with the remaining ingredients, or as desired.
