8 ounces Ricotta cheese
3 meatballs -- chopped small or any other meat cooked
in your sauce.
2 tablespoons spaghetti sauce
2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
salt and pepper -- to taste
Fold meat into ricotta cheese and top with spaghetti sauce. Heat in the
microwave for 1 minute, just to warm. Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese, salt
and pepper.
This is just as satisfying as lasagna with the noodles but much better for you.
