An absolutely yummy "cheese" type dip with no animal or dairy products! Not only that, but it has less than 1g of fat, is low in sodium, and is an excellent source of B12 and soy. This is a low carb version of the cheese-type dips offered at some of the best Mexican restaurants. It's not spicy hot, just so flavorful that you'll never have to miss mexican food again. It's also great as a sauce over veggies, or tacos, burritos, etc. Mix it with some leftover Dixie Instant Mashers and you won't believe the difference it makes - now that's a "twiced baked" potato taste. Try it over LaTortilla Factory low carb tortillas. Just add water. Makes 3 cups of dip.
