1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup white wine -- or sherry
2 ginger root -- sliced
1 medium onion -- cut up
1 clove garlic -- crushed
1 tsp. salt & black pepper -- to taste
Combine ingredients in a large bowl. Use generously while grilling chicken,
beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let meat
marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night before cooking.
