CarbSmart maintains a shipping warehouse in Reno, NV. NexGen Muffins are shipped direct from the bakery in Brooklyn, NY. If you place an order with CarbSmart.com that has "regular" items on it that ship from Reno, NV AND you order NexGen Muffins which have to ship separately from the bakery in Brooklyn, NY, we need to charge a shipping surcharge to help cover the added cost of shipping from 2 locations.
If your order only contains NexGen Muffins, there will be no shipping surcharge.

NexGen Muffins ship frozen from the bakery in Brooklyn, NY usually every Monday or Tuesday. Due to many possible circumstances, we unfortunately can never guarantee exactly when the muffins will ship or when they will arrive.
PLEASE NOTE: At the moment, due to shipping restrictions, NexGen Muffins can only be shipped to addresses in the contiguous US and we can not ship to P.O. Boxes, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. Protectorates, Military Addresses or Canada. We are working to fix this in the near future. Sorry.
NexGen Muffins are sold by the case (12 muffins) and are shipped frozen direct from the bakery in Brooklyn, NY. When they arrive, they should be frozen to ensure freshness.
CarbSmart also suggests that you provide a shipping address where you or someone else can receive the package in person and immediately transfer them to your refrigerator or freezer to ensure freshness.
