Automatic Email Notification of Order Status
CarbSmart sends you two confirmation email messages - 1) when we receive your order and 2) when we ship it. If you ever have a question or wish to check the status of your order, please visit the Order Status page or contact Customer Service at Contact Us Form. We will let you know if it has been shipped and if any items were back ordered.
Changes/Cancellations
If you find it necessary to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately. We will make every effort to modify or cancel your order before it leaves our warehouse. If your order has already been shipped, you may send unwanted items back to us. We will give you credit when we receive them back from you. Please refer to our Return Policy for details.
Back Orders
Items that are not available at the time your order is processed will be sent in a second package at our expense. If your backordered items do not become available within 15 business days from when you placed your order, we will send you an email message offering you the choice to continue waiting for these items or cancel the remainder of your order.
