Egg Nog is a holiday treat that makes everyone feel at home. People who do not do well with dairy may not have been able to enjoy it in the past. It is also a drink that is easy to make into a low carb version. Serve this to your guests around the fireplace and everyone will have a festive night!

This recipe is adapted from my Mediterranean Paleo Cooking: Over 150 Fresh Coastal Recipes for a Relaxed, Gluten-Free Lifestyle that I wrote with my husband who is a professional chef.
