Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 1/2 fresh broccoli spears or 2 boxes frozen broccoli spears, organic and thawed
  • 6 tablespoons red bell peppers, organic fire roasted
  • 2 tablespoons grass-fed butter
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. If fresh broccoli is used, steam in a basket on the stove top. If frozen is used, cook the broccoli spears according to the package directions until they are just crisp tender. Drain the water off thoroughly.
  2. Drain the roasted red bell peppers and add the pepper strips to the drained broccoli spears.
  3. Season with butter and salt and toss to thoroughly combine all the ingredients.
  4. Serve immediately.
