Preparation Method
- 1 large jicama — peeled and diced into 1/2-inch pieces
- 2 packets sugar free apple cider drink mix
- 2 cups President’s Choice Apple Cider Burst drink (available from WalMart)
Place the cubed jicama into a crockpot. Combine the packets of apple cider drink mix with 2 cups of the Apple Cider Burst and stir to dissolve the drink mix. Pour over the jicama.
Cook on low for 4 hours. Drain and cool.
