Preparation Method

  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 1/2 medium onion — diced
  • 3/4 cup Gouda cheese — smoked, grated
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon parsley — chopped
  • dash white pepper
  • 1/8 teaspoon salt

Spray a pie pan or quiche dish with nonstick spray.

Preheat oven to 375. Melt the butter in a small skillet. Add the onions and cook until just soft. Set.
