Preparation Method

  • 1 package frozen chopped spinach — (10 ounce)
  • 1 cup cream
  • 1 1/2 cups Feta cheese — crumbled
  • 3 eggs — beaten
  • 1/4 cup butter — melted
  • 4 tablespoons Romano cheese — grated
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons nutmeg

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees. Spray a pie plate or quiche dish with nonstick spray.

Cook the spinach according to package directions; drain well.

Combine the spinach and all the remaining ingredients in a mixing bowl; stirto blend thoroughly. Pour the mixture into the prepared pastry plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes or until a knife inserted in the centercomes out clean. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
