I have a suggestion for anyone who is drinking lots of water. Don’t throw away your water bottles! Rinse them out, then fill them about 1/3 of the way full of water and put them in the freezer. Be sure not to put the top on too tight, water expands as it freezes and the trapped air will need to get out as the water freezes. When you are ready to go somewhere (work, the park, the store, etc.) grab the bottle out of the freezer and fill it up the rest of the way. You’ll have ice water while you are out and about. It’s also great for lunch coolers, the ice keeps the food cold until you are ready to eat it and then you can drink your ice as it melts!
