Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 stick (8 Tablespoons), grass-fed butter, room temperature, unsalted
  • 3 cloves garlic, peeled and crushed
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh chives, chopped

Instructions

  1. Soften the butter with a spoon in a bowl.
  2. Add the garlic, parsley, and chives and mix well.
  3. Place on plastic wrap (cling film), and shape the butter into a log.
  4. Place the butter log in the refrigerator to firm and slice for use when required.
