Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 1/4 cup gluten-free balsamic vinegar (verify your sources says gluten-free on the label)
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 tablespoon paprika
  • 2 teaspoons oregano
  • 2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix all marinade ingredients together.
  2. Store in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours or until needed.

Notes

  • When you are ready, coat 4-6 pieces of chicken breast in the marinade for 1-2 hours.
  • Grill or bake chicken at 400° F for 35-40 minutes.

  1. I really dislike not having a recipe with all ingredients and instructions in one SMALL space instead of 10 pages of pictures of salt, and pepper and oregano. If you don’t know what that looks like you should take a course or something.
