Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 whole lemons juice
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side.
  3. You can also let meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
