This recipe is incredibly simple but it will look like you spent hours slaving over a hot stove. This cheesecake is a chocolate lovers dream!

Instructions

  1. Completely dissolve the gelatin in the boiling water. Stir in the coffee. Put mixture in the freezer for a few minutes to cool.
  2. Whip the cream and set aside.
  3. In another bowl, combine the cream cheese, sweetener, and sugar free cocoa mix. Use an electric hand mixer to combine them thoroughly.
  4. When coffee/gelatin mixture is just warm/hot, add it to the cream cheese mixture and mix well. Lightly fold in the whipped cream and pour the mixture into a pie plate.
  5. Let it set up in the refrigerator for a few hours. Cut into 8 slices.
  6. Garnish with additional whipped cream, if desired.
