Mulling Spices are perfect for creating mulled cider, wines, or teas. This aromatic blend of spices is a great choice for everything from holiday parties to warming your insides after a long day of sledding. Unfortunately, fresh mulled cider is full of sugar and carbohydrates. So if the extra carbs are not on your plan, try adding the Low-Carb Gluten-Free spices to a hot sugar-free, apple soda or apple tea. Mulling spices make a great holiday gift for friends and family.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/4 cup cardamom pods
  • 1/3 cup cinnamon pieces

Notes

This recipe makes about 3 cups, which is enough mulling spice for several recipes.
