  • 1 10ounce package frozen broccoli, thawed
  • 1 red or yellow pepper, sliced into thin strips
  • 1 4ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained
  • 1/2 cup butter
  • salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large skillet.
  2. Saute the broccoli, pepper, and mushrooms in the melted butter until crisp-tender.
  3. Season to taste and serve warm.
  4. Serves 6.
