This delicious Low-Carb Gluten-Free Chinese marinade is delicious on anything grilled and better for you than anything you can buy in the grocery store! Add this simple marinade up to 24 hours prior to cooking your grilled meats and vegetables. Leave it on the table as a dip when serving. Rember, if you use a Gluten-Free soy sauce like we recommend in the recipe, the marinade will be Gluten-Free.

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup gluten-free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup white wine, or sherry
  • 2 ginger root, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, cut up
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish or pork making sure to coat each side.
  3. You can also leave the marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or overnight before cooking.
