Dana Carpender’s Low-Carb Coleslaw Dressing

Deli coleslaw is almost always sugary. Here’s a great, easy Low-Carb coleslaw dressing.

Ingredients

Scale
  • ½ cup sour cream
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown mustard
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • liquid stevia extract–to taste–I use about 12 drops

Instructions

  1. Stir it all together, and pour over a big pile of bagged coleslaw mix.
  2. Stir it up and stash it in the fridge; it’ll get better for a couple of days.
