  • 2 ounces grass-fed butter
  • fresh squeezed lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Steam the broccoli spears either in a steamer basket on top of the stove or in your microwave.
  2. Drain if necessary and season with butter, salt, pepper.
  3. Place the broccoli in a serving dish, coat with grass-fed butter as desired, and take it to the table.
