Some people may ask “are strawberries low-carb?” but in general, berries have the lowest carbs per serving of almost any fruit. Low-Carb desserts don’t need to be difficult to make – they just need to be Low-Carb!
You can use other types of berries if that is more to your liking. Simply Strawberries is a sweet yet light ending to any meal.
These berries can also be used as a topping for other desserts or low-carb pancakes.
This Low-Carb Gluten-Free berry recipe is so good on its own that you don’t need whipped cream! But if you do want to add whipped cream, we suggest whipping a small amount of heavy cream – you won’t need to add any sweetener.

  5. Tightly cover the bowl with the lid and store in the refrigerator until it’s time to serve the berries.

Notes

Leftover Simply Strawberries will keep 2 or 3 days in the refrigerator if tightly covered, but don’t count on them being there that long.

Try some of the leftovers over low-carb pancakes in the morning, or in a salad with a raspberry vinaigrette salad dressing for lunch tomorrow.

VARIATIONS
Torani Sugar-Free Orange syrup is also very good on strawberries.

Mix in other types of berries with the strawberries.
