Preparation Method

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups cream
  • 1 cup provolone cheese — grated
  • 2 ounces prosciutto ham — diced
  • 1 tablespoon black olives — minced
  • 1 1/2 tablespoons jarred roasted red bell peppers — drained and chopped
  • salt and pepper — to taste

Preheat the oven to 375. Spray a pie plate or quiche dish with nonstick spray.

Spread the cheese in the bottom of the pie plate.

Lightly beat the eggs. Whisk in the cream. Stir in the remaining ingredients and pour into the prepared pie plate.

Bake at 350 degrees for 25-35 minutes or until a knife in the center comes out clean.
