  1. “Guys if I get fat on fats I certainly will come back to haunt you!” Just kidding. Despite the low carb and high fat content, still a good way to stay healthy and fit. I remember the Aitkins diat back in San Francisco. I find that good oils and natural fats keep the appetite in check and control the urge for sugars and carbos.
