Due to the nature of House Foods Tofu Shirataki (plant fiber noodles packed in water that freeze when shipped to cold areas in the winter) we will stop selling House Foods Tofu Shirataki between November 1, 2009 and Spring 2010.
House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles are made with a plant-based fiber packed in water. When the temperature goes below 32 degrees, House Foods Tofu Shirataki Noodles freeze and go bad during transit.
SINCE WE CAN NOT BE HELD RESPONSIBLE FOR FROZEN NOODLES DURING SHIPPING, we will stop selling House Foods Tofu Shirataki between November 1, 2009 and Spring 2010 when the possibility of freezing in transit is gone. We are giving you from now until November 1 to stock up on all of your favorite cuts of the best Shirataki.
We know these items freeze in cold weather. We hope you understand that we can not control what happens to your shipment after it leaves our facility. We would rather have you stock up and order now or wait until Spring before you order House Foods Tofu Shirataki. Thank you for understanding.

Shipping Policy For Tofu Shirataki
Tofu Shirataki Noodles must be refrigerated as soon as you receive them. We will ship them refrigerated and will use ice packs during shipping BUT WE CAN NOT GUARANTEE THEY WILL STAY REFRIGERATED DURING TRANSIT. We suggest you refrigerated them immediately when you receive them. If you live in a hot area of the country, you should choose UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Overnight.
