Also known as Ras el Hanout, Low-Carb Moroccan Spiced Dry Rub provides a taste that mixes the best flavors of Indian, Middle Eastern, and Asian cuisine. The flavor in this spice mix is absolutely amazing and anyone from the country of Morocco will recognize the notes of the ingredients.

Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon Garlic Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
  • 2 teaspoons Granulated Onion
  • 1 teaspoon Ground Cumin
  • 1 teaspoon Dried Oregano
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
  • 1/8 teaspoon Black Pepper

Instructions

  1. Mix, chili powder, onion powder, cumin, oregano, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, pumpkin pie spice, and black pepper together in a small bowl.
  2. Rub 1½ tablespoons mixture into your meat of choice.
  3. Smoke, roast, or grill and enjoy.
