Preparation Method
- 1/2 cup butter — at room temperature (125 grams)
- 3 cloves garlic — peeled and crushed
- 8 black olive — chopped
- 1 ounce sun-dried tomatoes, oil-packed — 3 pieces drained and finely chopped
Soften the butter with spoon in a bowl. Add the ingredients and mix well. Place on plastic wrap (cling film), and shape the butter into a log. Place the butter log in the refrigerator to firm and slice for use when required.
