This Keto Low-Carb Spiced Nuts Recipe is a healthy Low-Carb snack that’s also good for you! It is also a wonderful appetizer that you can serve every holiday, year after year.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 3/4 cup pecans
  • 3/4 cup walnuts
  • 3/4 cup almonds
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
  • 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon stevia or 1 tablespoon of your favorite low-carb sweetener
  • 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 400° F.
  2. Place all nuts on a cookie sheet and dry roast for approximately 8-10 minutes or until fragrant. Don’t let burn!
  3. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine stevia with spices and orange zest; mix well to combine. Remove toasted nuts from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and spice mixture; gently toss to combine. Let set, add to canning jar and top wrap with tissue and a ribbon. Refrigerate until gifting or self-use.
