This tasty Asian Marinade can be used generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin, ground
  • 1/2 teaspoon coriander, ground
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/4 cup peanut oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger root, ground
  • 1 1/2 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon Gluten-Free soy sauce
  • 1/4 cup scallion, thinly sliced

Instructions

  1. Combine ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Use generously while grilling chicken, beef, fish, or pork making sure to coat each side. You can also let meat marinate in the refrigerator for a few hours or over night before cooking.
