Here at CarbSmart, we believe that the Paleo diet is the logical next phase of the Low Carb Diet. Many people start a low carb diet in order to lose weight and lessen the effects of high blood pressure, high blood sugar, diabetes, and obesity. When someone starts a low carb diet, their main concern is usually losing weight.
