Delicious Low-Carb lemon garlic vinaigrette makes a great dressing for simple sliced tomatoes as well as complex salads.

Ingredients

Units Scale
  • 1 teaspoon garlic, peeled, minced or pressed
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon lemon zest
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoon water
  • 1/8 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper, freshly ground if possible

Instructions

Mix all ingredients together and shake or whisk to combine. Pour over salad and enjoy. I use about 2 tablespoons per serving of salad.
