Ingredients
- 3/4 cup pecans
- 3/4 cup walnuts
- 3/4 cup almonds
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon stevia or 1 tablespoon of your favorite low-carb sweetener
- 1/4 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh orange zest
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 400° F.
- Place all nuts on a cookie sheet and dry roast for approximately 8-10 minutes or until fragrant. Don’t let burn!
- Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine stevia with spices and orange zest; mix well to combine. Remove toasted nuts from the oven and transfer to a large mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil and spice mixture; gently toss to combine. Let set, add to canning jar and top wrap with tissue and a ribbon. Refrigerate until gifting or self-use.
