Low-Carb Gluten-Free Cranberry Sauce Treat Recipe

It’s just not Thanksgiving without cranberry sauce. This low-carb Gluten-Free version is delicious! Making this low carb cranberry sauce treat is quick and easy.  The walnuts add texture and crunch. The non-low carbers at your Turkey Day feast won’t even notice difference.

Instructions

  1. Place washed cranberries in a pan with enough water to cover; add the rest of the ingredients except the walnuts.
  2. Bring to a boil and then lower heat to simmer until it is thick; about 10-15 minutes.
  3. Remove from heat and stir in the walnuts.
  4. Can be served warm or cold.

Notes

Recipe can be doubled.

Cranberry Treat reheats well and can be frozen.

Can also be served as a dessert if served cold topped with whipped cream.
