The answer is the common cauliflower. Like all members of the cruciferous family the cauliflower is a rich source of vitamins and minerals particularly vitamin C. It also contains sulfurous compounds which may help to prevent certain cancers from forming. It also causes the smell when cooked. We cook in an enclosed microwave container with a lid.
